Terms of Service.

1. What Piggy does

Piggy helps you view linked US financial accounts, balances and transactions; add transactions manually; set monthly budgets; track net worth and recurring charges; search transactions; use the Gemini-powered “Ask Piggy” assistant; and receive alerts about high charges, low balances, and potentially suspicious activity.

Piggy is an information and organization tool. It is not a bank, broker, payment service, fraud insurer, or emergency monitoring service. Piggy does not move money or freeze cards. An alert may suggest that you contact your financial institution or consider freezing a card, but Piggy cannot take that action for you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Piggy is available only to people in the United States who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting access to your account and devices, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at carter@retraclabs.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Linking financial accounts

To link a financial account, you must have at least one active, lawfully held US bank account at an institution supported by Piggy and Plaid, and you must be authorized to connect it. You may choose to connect eligible US financial accounts through Plaid. By doing so, you authorize Plaid and Piggy to obtain, refresh, and use the account and transaction information you select to provide the Service, subject to Plaid’s own notices and terms. Piggy does not receive or store your online banking username or password. A financial institution or Plaid may limit, delay, correct, or stop access to data. You may remove a linked account in Piggy. If it is the last account on its Plaid connection, Piggy attempts to revoke that connection; revocation may fail or take time.

4. Shared and managed dashboards

A dashboard may contain your financial data or data for someone you manage. All members of a dashboard have equal access to its financial data and can use its dashboard features, including settings and deletion. Invite only people whom you intend to give that access. An invited person may receive an email invitation.

If you create or contribute to a dashboard for someone else, including someone without a Piggy account, you are responsible for having the authority and any consent needed to connect, upload, and share that person’s information. Do not add someone else’s financial data without permission. Deleting a dashboard removes its data from the active dashboard and Piggy attempts to revoke its Plaid connections; see the Privacy Policy for retention details that still require confirmation.

5. AI features, estimates, and alerts

Ask Piggy and assisted search may use Google Gemini to interpret questions and relevant financial context. Suspicious activity analysis may use Gemini to assess transaction patterns. AI output and alerts can be incomplete, wrong, or delayed. Budgets, recurring charge forecasts, net worth figures, and linked data may also be estimates or lag source records. Review your bank and card statements directly, and contact your financial institution immediately about suspected fraud, disputes, or urgent account issues. Piggy does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Clerk Billing manages Piggy’s auto-renewing subscriptions. Piggy Standard is advertised at $6 per month and permits up to three linked accounts. An Extra Accounts upgrade permits up to twelve linked accounts. The price, billing period, and taxes displayed at checkout apply to the purchase. Native-app billing links open in a browser outside the app.

Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout unless you cancel through your account billing settings. You can review your subscription status and manage cancellation there. For refund requests, contact carter@retraclabs.io; any refund is handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.

7. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights you have in information you enter, such as manually added transactions and dashboard names. You give Piggy permission to host, process, display, and share that information as needed to operate the Service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the Service, access data without authority, interfere with security or operation, submit unlawful content, or use automated access that harms the Service.

8. Availability and changes

Piggy may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, when needed to operate or improve the Service. We may update these Terms and will provide notice when required by law. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms where legally permitted.

9. Suspension and ending use

We may suspend or end access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Piggy, remove linked accounts, and delete dashboards through the available controls. Deleting a dashboard is separate from deleting your Piggy and Clerk account. To request full Piggy account deletion, contact carter@retraclabs.io. Dashboard deletion and account deletion are separate from subscription cancellation; manage your subscription in account billing settings.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided with the care required by applicable law, but we do not guarantee that third-party data, AI results, alerts, or the Service will always be accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piggy is provided “as is” and Retrac Labs, LLC disclaims implied warranties. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Law, disputes, and contact

If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Colorado law governs these Terms and disputes about them, subject to nonwaivable consumer protections, as described in the Retrac Labs General Terms of Service.
